Delete your account
This removes your Vumbua account and everything attached to it —
every shop you own, its products, sales, and customer records. It
cannot be undone.
If you run more than one shop under this account,
deleting the account removes ALL of them — there is currently no way
to remove a single shop on its own while keeping the rest. If you only
want one shop off the public Soko marketplace, turn off "Show my shop
in Soko" in that shop's settings instead; its records stay in your
account.
Tell us how to reach you, and we will verify the request before
removing anything — normally by calling the phone number on the
account, or asking you to confirm from the email you registered with.
